MARTA PERSINGER, DDS

Dr. Marta Persinger graduated from the University of Florida with a Doctorate in Dental Science. She then relocated to Arizona where she has lived and worked for the last 25 years.


Dr. Persinger is happy to bring her years of experience in pediatric dentistry to The Smiles Movement.


With her free time, Dr. Persinger enjoys traveling in her RV and spending time with her family.



BARIERANE AKEEH, DDS

Born in Nigeria to refugee parents and raised in Chicago, Dr. Barierane Akeeh brings a diverse background and a strong commitment to working in public health to the underserved communities. She attended Arizona State University for her undergraduate education before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.


Dr. Akeeh is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality dental care while creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient. She values serving diverse communities and enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients.


Dr. Akeeh is excited to be back in Arizona and looks forward to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.




NICHOLAS CABA

Dr. Nicholas Caba, DMD, was born and raised in the Portland, Oregon area. He earned his dental degree from Oregon Health Science University, graduating in 1985.


Dr. Caba and his wife, Teresa, have two daughters, Stephanie and Adriene. After visiting the Phoenix area regularly since 1986, they made it their permanent home in 2020.


In his free time, Dr. Caba enjoys playing golf and cheering on his Oregon State Beavers.

TIMOTHY WILSON, DDS

Dr. Timothy A. Wilson, DDS is an American dentist known for his work in pediatric and general dentistry, as well as his commitment to community service. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1994, followed by a General Practice Residency at Kings County Hospital Center from 1994 to 1995. He then completed his pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan from 1999 to 2001, where he received his pediatric specialty degree.

Over his career, Dr. Wilson owned and operated multiple dental practices, delivering comprehensive care with a focus on children and family dentistry. He also contributed to the profession through the publication of several papers.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Wilson has been dedicated to giving back. He participated in medical mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Haiti, providing dental care to underserved communities, and supported local initiatives such as back-to-school fairs and Toys for Tots drives.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Wilson is a self-described foodie who enjoys traveling and staying active through regular workouts. He is married to Sirina and is a proud dog owner, sharing his home with three dogs.

MARK S SINNARD, DDS

Dr. Sinnard received his dental degree from the University of Nebraska Medical College School of Dentistry after getting his Bachelor in Science degree in Biology at the Univetsity of South Florida. 


After 25 years of private practice he has now focused primarily on caring for patients that have restricted access to dentistry. Before signing up with The Smiles Movement he worked in a mobile dental unit caring for elderly folks in assisted living homes.


Dr Sinnard truly enjoys working with and interacting with the children in Navajo Nation and strives to make each appointment as comfortable and painless as possible while also delivering exceptional dentistry and talking to them about their oral health and how to properly maintain healthy teeth and gums.


In his free time he enjoys spending time with his 3 dogs and his family, reading, learning to play the guitar and listening to music.
